🏦 What payment types can I use at checkout?

You can choose from the following options during checkout:

Credit Card
PayPal
School/University Purchase Order
Prepaid Check

There’s also a field to enter a coupon code if you have one.

Note: We rarely offer coupon codes because our everyday prices are already among the lowest online. If we do run a promo, it’s usually for high-value items like jackets or workwear—not for bulk orders of budget-friendly items (which are already deeply discounted).

Be cautious of random websites claiming to offer Bolt Printing promo codes—they’re often fake. When in doubt, contact us.

❌ Why isn’t my credit card working?

If your credit card is declined, the most common causes are:

Incorrect card details (number, expiration date, sec code), billing address, or ZIP code
Make sure the address entered matches the one on file with your credit card provider.
Insufficient funds or daily spending limits
Some cards (especially debit cards) have daily caps or restrictions on online purchases.
Bank security or fraud prevention
Your bank may block the transaction if it's flagged as unusual activity. You may need to contact your bank to approve the charge.

🎓 Can my school or university place an order using a Purchase Order (PO)?

Yes! We offer net payment terms for accredited schools and universities.

At checkout:

Choose “School/University Purchase Order”
Enter your PO Number
- Don’t have it yet? Type: “Will Provide Later”

We’ll process your order and follow up with any questions.

📬 What if I’m having trouble completing payment?

If you're having trouble completing payment (e.g., credit card not working or unsure which method to use), here's a workaround:

Choose: “School/University Purchase Order”

Then type: “Send Secure Link” in the PO field

We'll email you a secure link during business hours so you can finish the order safely.

🏷 How do I place a tax-exempt order?

We don’t require a tax exemption certificate, but you must enter your info at checkout.

Steps:

Check the box: “I am a Tax Exempt Organization”
Select your State
Enter your Tax Exempt Number

✅ Our system will automatically remove sales tax if applicable in your state.

🔁 Important:

Tax exemption info is not saved between orders—so you’ll need to fill it out each time you place a new order.
