  • Card declined or error message?

    Double-check that your billing address and card details are entered exactly as shown on your statement.

  • Using a prepaid card?

    Sorry — we don’t accept prepaid or gift cards at this time.

  • Still not going through?

    Try a different card, or contact your bank. You can also call us to place your order by phone.


🌐 Website Not Responding or Crashing?

  • Try switching browsers (Chrome or Safari recommended)
  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Enable JavaScript in your browser settings
  • On a work or school network? Try a personal device or mobile hotspot

🧾 Can’t Add Items or Proceed to Checkout?

  • Make sure you’ve selected a product color, quantity, and print locations
  • Your design must include text, clip art, or an uploaded file
  • For embroidered products, make sure you upload a logo or request help

👤 Trouble Logging In?

You don’t need to log in to place an order — you can check out as a guest.

Need to access past orders or saved designs?
