The Customer Center gives you quick access to your order, saved designs, proof approvals, and more β even if you didnβt create an account.
π¬ Common questions answered:
- How do I check my order status?
- Where can I find my tracking number?
- Can I reorder something I purchased before?
- Where can I see my proof or approve it?
- Can I print my invoice?
- I didnβt make an account β can I still access my order?
- How do I view my saved design?
π What can I do without an account?
You donβt need an account to:
- β Track your shipment (tracking number appears once shipped)
- β Reorder a previous product and design
- β View and approve your proof
- β Print or download an invoice
Just enter your order number and shipping ZIP code in the Customer Center to access these features.
β οΈ Note: Reordering without an account will not link your personal info to the new order β it simply reuses the original product and design.
πΎ What about saved designs?
If you saved a design using your email address, you can enter that same email to:
- β View all saved designs created under that email
- β Reuse or edit your design on a different product or color
This does not create an account β it just pulls up saved design details.
π When do I need to log in?
You only need to log in if you created an account during checkout (or after).
With an account, youβll be able to:
- π View all your past orders
- π¨ Access all saved designs and uploaded artwork
- π Manage shipping addresses
- π Track all shipments in one place
- π Reorder faster with stored info
