How to request changes on your proof.
Step 1: Click Customer Center

Step 2: Choose Review Proofs.

Step 3: Provide Order Details:

Step 4: Select "No". Type in the box what you want to change. You can attach a new file to replace an image if needed. Then select the button labeled 'Submit'.
