How do I get free shipping on my order?
A standard turn-around time with free shipping is 7-14 business days. This includes production and transit time.
During checkout: Step 4 requires you to choose an in-hands order date. Dates in orange are paid shipping. Dates in white are free shipping.
Free Shipping is not guaranteed. We will do whatever we meet or beat the delivery time. It is important to remember that we require proof approval before moving to production - we will email you, call you; please be responsive :)
Our business is seasonal; at the height of the season we run full capacity two shifts.
- T-Shirt printing is busiest during the months of April - September.
- Embroidery is busiest during the months of September - January.
