403 Error Uploading Artwork
What is the 403 error code?
Common causes:
- File size is too big. Max upload size is 5mb
- Image size is too big. Max image size is 20" width or height
- Excessive empty space surrounding live image. Crop to 1/4" of graphic image.
- File naming convention is not understood. Improper format. Too many characters.
- File upload is not actionable request when using drop box, within email program or using a paste function. File must be saved and stored on a device that you are able to access using file explorer.
