🛒 Understanding the Order Process

At Bolt Printing, we keep things fast, clear, and easy. Here's what to expect after you choose a product and begin customizing:

1. Choose a Product

Start by selecting a product (t-shirts, hats, bags, etc.), pick your preferred color and sizes, and enter your quantities. Be sure to specify how many print colors you need for the front and/or back.

2. Create Your Design

Click “Design Now” from the product page to open our Design Studio. You can:

• Add text and choose fonts
• Pick clip art from our built-in library
• Upload your own logo or artwork
• Change the product color or style as needed

3. Place Your Order

Once your design is complete, add it to your cart and check out.
You can check out as a guest or create an account (optional). Either way, you'll receive email updates about your order.

4. Approve Your Proof

You’ll receive a digital proof to approve before we start production.

• Paid shipping (non-embroidered): If ordered before 3 PM EST, your proof is typically ready the same business day.
• Paid shipping (embroidered): Proof is ready next business day.
• Free shipping: Proof is sent within 1–4 business days.

5. We Print and Ship Your Order

Once your proof is approved, production begins. You’ll get tracking information via email and can view your order in the Customer Center.

Free Shipping
Most orders arrive in 9–14 business days, depending on your location.

• Closer locations (e.g., NYC) may receive orders sooner.
• Orders with multiple designs may require extra production time.

Lightning Fast Turnaround (Paid Shipping)
Your order receives priority handling and faster delivery.

• Orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days
• Example: NYC ~2 days, West Coast ~5 days
• Multi-item or multi-design orders may take slightly longer, but we move fast!
